David Kennedy

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

David Kennedy is the Founder and CEO of Merscient, In the early years David acted as the sole engineer, designer, and support representative for the entire Merscient Loyalty platform, allowing for it to be a stable business from the outset. In addition to his main responsibilities in running the company and setting overall product strategy, he remains actively involved in the engineering, design, and product teams within the organization. David holds a Bachelor of Administration.



Hafeeza Jaffer

Account Director

Hafeeza is exceptional at managing client relationships and bringing projects to completion. Her desire to help solve client’s business challenges combined with her deep knowledge and experience create successes for our customers. Hafeeza pushes existing boundaries to innovate and conceptualizes new ideas in support of business strategy all while not loosing sight of original strategic objectives.
